These terms cover your use of KKOOAPP. Using the app means you accept them.

KKOOAPP is operated by EJLI Innovations LLC. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean.
Where they say "the app", that means KKOOAPP on your phone and the services behind it.
You need to be at least 18 to post a listing, make an offer, or message another user.
An account belongs to one person and is tied to the phone number that created it. Keep access to that number, and do not let someone else use your account to trade.
You are responsible for what is posted and sent from your account.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. It is immediate, it cannot be undone, and it takes your listings with it.
KKOOAPP introduces buyers and sellers. It does not take payment, hold money in escrow, verify items, inspect goods, or arrange delivery.
Every sale is a contract between the two people making it, and not with us. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a seller owns what they are selling, or that either side will turn up.
This is not a formality — it is the most important thing on this page. Judge the person and the item yourself.
You keep ownership of your photos and words. By posting them you give us permission to store them and show them in the app and on our website, so that the listing can do its job.
You confirm that what you post is yours to post, is accurate, and does not break the Community Guidelines or Tanzanian law.
We may remove a listing, or suspend an account, where it breaks these terms or those guidelines.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every feature will work on every device, or that listings will reach a particular number of people.
We may change or withdraw features.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from a deal made through the app, from something another user did or failed to do, or from the app being unavailable.
Nothing here removes a right you have under Tanzanian consumer law.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app rather than quietly replacing the page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
